1. Where are you located?

• We are located at 4905 Belair Road. Baltimore, Maryland 21206.

2. What are your store hours?

• Our store is open 6:00AM to 7:00PM Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00AM to 4:00PM on Sunday.

3. What is your payment policy?

• We accept cash, or checks for items ordered in advance. Credit can be established by caterers or volume customers.

4. Do you accept orders?

• Orders can be made in the store or phoned in for the next day. Caterers may pickup at 6AM, customer pickup begins at 7AM.

5. Do you have specials?

• We have special items that are featured weekly, by season, and for every holiday. The lists will be posted on the web, and flyers are handed out in the store.

6. What is your return policy?

• At the Woodlea Bakery we guarantee every product that we sell. The terms of the gaurantee are as follows: 1. The product must be returned in a timely manner to the bakery. 2. The customer must provide a receipt for a cash refund. 3. Store credit is available without a receipt, but the product must be present.

7. Do you need to make wedding cake appointments?

• A wedding is a unique day that is both personal and special to all brides. Since all of our wedding cakes are individually made. We require all brides to make an appointment at least one month in advance.

8. Do you do custom cakes?

• We have created and recreated cakes from books, magazines, photos, and television. Please make an appointment and let us show you what we can make for you.

9. Who buys your wedding cakes?

• We make the cakes for The Sheraton, The Hilton, The Marriot Hotels, The Richlin Ballroom, and many other caterers.

10. Why are your prices so reasonable?

• We own the building, all the equipment, and have a hands on approach in the creation of all the products. This allows us to use the finest ingredients and hire the best people to produce our product at the best price.
